Favourite varietal is Pinot Noir - for it's versatility. It can be light and bright with an abundance of red fruit notes to complex and layered with notes of leather, spice and earth. Oh and then there's also Pinot Noir Rosé. Yum!
Dream wine touring destination is - hard to pick. Eastern Europe or maybe Argentina/Chile.
